Racing will be open to most electric classes and will take place in the large Sports Hall at our present venue at Coseley Leisure Centre. The aim is to entice sponsorship from manufacturers and suppliers as at the Charity Meeting earlier this year to offer fantastic prizes and draw in much needed revenue for the Club.

News Feeds

Tired of having to load up half a dozen web pages to get your daily news fix?  Well now you don't have to thanks to our intuitive News Feed section!  Many of you maybe unaware of what a News Feed actually is, so allow me to explain.

News feeds (or RSS Feeds as they are also known) allow websites to publish news articles on other websites.  Think of it this way; whenever Autosport displays a new news article on its site, it will immediately appear in our News Feeds section as if by magic, where you can read it - and if you like it, follow through to the original article.  This means no more trawling the web in search of up to the minute news - it's all here!

You can recognise a News Feed by the symbol shown above - any webpage displaying this can feed their news right through to our site, or even your desktop or mobile phone if you download a News Feed reader.

For now though, why not check out our News Feed section and visit the forum to post your favourite feeds so that they can be added - you may need to register first by clicking here, but it's free and only takes a minute.

Update - DRCC now has it's own News Feed - subscribe via the link below and get all of our news direct to your desktop or mobile device.

Full Steam Ahead With Gallery and Calendar PDF Print E-mail

Gallery and CalendarThings are moving along pretty rapidly at the moment, and Dudley Radio Car Club is proud to present it's shiny new Gallery and Calendar pages.

The Gallery is no ordinary Gallery - photos are not stored on the DRCC server but instead a Flickr account, of which many DRCC members may already be familiar with.  Soon, club members will be able to upload their photos to the clubs Flickr account and they will automatically appear in the clubs Gallery section.  A neat way to show off your new bodyshell!

The Calendar will display not only DRCC events but other RC events of interest to racers.  Clicking an entry will display more detail and a map to the race location.  Now you won't have to add all those dates to your diary, you can check them out here.

Its early days yet, but you get the idea - check out the spangly new Gallery and Calendar sections here and here respectively.

Update - You can now upload photos to the DRCC Gallery - find out how here
