All Clubs and organizations need rules to ensure smooth running and safety for everyone attending meetings at Dudley, in an attempt to still allow people to enjoy them selves we try to keep rules to a minimum. Whether you will be racing or spectating we insist on the rules being followed, please take the time to read the following:-Neither visitors or racers should be in any part of the School/Leisure Centre except the area where the racing is taking place other than when visiting the toilets anyone found to be where they should not be, will be expelled immediately. Racing fees will be £4-00 per club night for members, with £1-00 being refunded at the end of the evening, only after everything is cleared away. Doors open at 7-00pm. Everyone is expected to help with the setting up. Anyone using School tables and chairs must put them back before leaving. 12 Volt batteries must be in a spill proof watertight container. All rubbish must be placed in the bin-bags provided. These rules are for the safety of others and therefore there will be no exceptions. We try to accomadate most electric classes and scales - if in doubt please contact Roy Kirton beforehand. Please inform the race director which class you would like to race in when you book in. Please also ensure that you have your radio frequency details to hand.

Marshall the cars like you would like to be marshaled. Failure to do so could result in you being asked to leave the meeting.
